Scope of data collection and storage

Generally speaking, the use of our website does not require you to provide any personal information. In order for us to be able to provide our services, however, we may need your personal data. This applies both to sending information material or ordered goods as well as to responding to individual enquiries.

When you entrust us with the provision of a service or the delivery of goods, we only collect and store your personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the contract. In this connection, it may be necessary to disclose your personal information with companies we use to render the service or to process the contract. These include, for example, transport companies or other service providers.

After completion of the contract, your data will be blocked and erased after expiry of the required periods laid down in tax and commercial regulations unless you have expressly consented to further use of the data.

We shall not transfer your personal data to any third parties without your explicit consent, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or for the performance of the contract. Legal basis of processing

The legal basis for data processing in the context of the EU General Data Protection Regulation applying to our data processing emanates from Art. of the GDPR. In individual cases, different legal foundations may apply depending on the situation surrounding our processing of your data.

If your consent has been obtained to the processing of your personal data, Article 6 I a) of the GDPR forms the legal basis for the processing of your data. Any consent that has been granted may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Article 6 I b) of the GDPR forms the legal basis for the processing of your personal data collected for the performance of a contract to which you are party. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Legal duty

Article 6 I c) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis if processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that our company is subject to.

Vital interests

Article 6 I d) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis if your vital interests or the vital interests of any other natural person make it necessary to process personal data.

Legitimate interest

If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the aforementioned interests, Article 6 I f) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. The execution of our business activities constitute the legitimate interest of our company.
